Bedrock Moreno Valley Asphalt Paving provides asphalt paving, sealcoating, repair, striping, and related pavement services to residential and commercial customers in Moreno Valley, CA and surrounding areas. The Site is provided for informational purposes and to allow potential customers to contact us and request estimates.
Nothing on the Site constitutes a guarantee that any specific service will be available in your area or at a particular time. Service availability is subject to our current schedule, capacity, and geographic coverage.
Any estimate provided - whether by phone, email, online form, or in person - is based on information available at the time of assessment. Estimates are not binding quotes unless confirmed in a written proposal or contract signed by both parties.
Final pricing may differ from an initial estimate if site conditions, material costs, or project scope change after the estimate is issued. We will notify you of any material changes before proceeding with work. You have the right to decline work if revised pricing is not acceptable.
Prices shown or discussed are subject to change based on current material costs, fuel surcharges, and other market conditions beyond our control.
Once a project date is confirmed, we ask for reasonable advance notice - at least 48 hours - if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less notice may result in a fee to cover mobilization costs, which will be stated in your written agreement.
We reserve the right to reschedule jobs due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as promptly as possible and work with you to find the next available date.
Payment terms are stated in your written project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the work described in the project scope.
For larger projects, we may require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. The specific deposit amount and schedule will be set out in your written agreement.
Unpaid balances past their due date may be subject to late fees and collection costs, including reasonable attorney fees, as permitted by applicable law.
You agree to provide accurate information when requesting services and to ensure the work area is accessible and clear of vehicles, personal property, and obstructions on the scheduled work date. Failure to prepare the site as agreed may result in rescheduling or additional charges.
You are responsible for informing us of any underground utilities, irrigation lines, or other subsurface conditions that could affect the work. We are not liable for damage to undisclosed subsurface features.
Any warranty on completed work will be stated explicitly in your written project agreement. Unless a specific written warranty is provided, all services are delivered on an "as-is" basis.
Warranties, where provided, cover defects in workmanship under normal use. They do not cover damage resulting from customer neglect, improper maintenance, acts of nature, ground movement, tree root intrusion, heavy vehicle loads beyond the scope of the design, or modifications made to the work by third parties after completion.
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bedrock Moreno Valley Asphalt Paving shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, your reliance on information provided on the Site, or any services we provide.
Our total liability for any claim related to services rendered shall not exceed the total amount you paid us for the specific project giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of the claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to Bedrock Moreno Valley Asphalt Paving and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

Any legal action arising from these terms or from services we provide shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California, and the parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising under these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Riverside County, California.
